Shipping

Orders are processed on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (excluding holidays). Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Canadian orders ship with Canada Post. International orders ship with UPS. Delivery times vary depending on your location, carrier, and customs processing for international orders.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Momenta Apparel is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect shipping information.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and have all original tags attached.

For refunds, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For size exchanges, customers are responsible for shipping the original item back to us, and we’ll cover the cost of shipping your replacement item.

Sale items, gift cards, limited releases, and items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
